DICTATIONS - UBI 3

✍️ UBI 3 · DICTATIONS

This term we start a new routine: dictations. They will help us improve listening, spelling and pronunciation.

How do we do it in class?

1. 📖Step 1 · Mini vocabulary: we look at a small list of tricky words.

2. 👂Step 2 · First listen: we listen to the whole text without writing.

3. ✍️Step 3 · Dictation: I read the text in short sentences, with pauses and repetition.

4. 👂Step 4 · Listen again: we listen one more time, without pauses, to check the text.

5. ✔️Step 5 · Let’s correct: we open the full text, correct mistakes and learn from them.
